My ‘SOLEMNLY SWEAR…’ PROGRESS REPORT #10
Since I’m done with the c25k, I decided to add to my runs )) So here’s the next challenge.
When I lived in Berlin I used to go to the Spirit Yoga studio at Haskescher Markt. It was my secret haven - every time I went there I left feeling better about myself. It was the best way to calm down and find my peace.
Then I moved.
3 years, 1 DVD and 1 gym membership later - here I am - using yoga meditations to fall asleep earlier.
So, I challenge myself to do Blogilates workouts daily. It’s different, but I think that it’s exactly what I need at this point of my life - some energetic pop pilates and fun cardios! Besides, Cassie is great - she’s like a friend who will be there for you every minute of your workout and will never get tired of reminding you to suck your belly button in!
